“Europe: A Friend or A Foeof Global Public Law” Colloquium in Collaboration with Center for Global Public Law
This isan annual research colloquium co-organized by College ofLawand the Center for Global Public Law. This second colloquium focused on the broad question of‘Europe: A Friend or a Foe of Global Public Law?’and analyzed the role ofEuropean law and institutions in the advancement of global public law, in particular within the context of the authority competition between the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union and the current refugee law crisis in Europe.
