Workshop on Unamendable Constitutional Provisions (in collaboration with Boston College Law School under the auspices of the International Society of Public Law-ICON-S)

The event was organized in collaboration with Boston College of Law and the International Society of Public Law-ICON-S. The conveners of workshop, Professor Oder (Koç Law) and Professor Albert (BC Law), made a worldwide announcement in I-CONNECT (Blog of International Journal of Constitutional Law) for submission of papers on unamendable constitutional provisions. Eight submissions dealing with comparative and theoretical aspects of unamendability were selected by conveners. Those submissions were presented in the workshop and eight discussants selected by conveners among further applicants analyzed them. Conveners aim at publishing the submissions as an editorial book of a renowned international publisher with their own academic insights.
